In lieu of trying to reschedule a pre-app, I would advise reaching out to Gerald Fisher at 503-759-0218. He has some comments to offer concerning the DRAFT preliminary plat you submitted. They relate to the need to include a 10-foot Public Utility Easement (PUE) along the frontage of Industrial Way. He will also ask you to include the existing 8-foot PUE along the frontage of OR-211 on the preliminary plat. If you make the changes suggested by Gerald, I believe you are ready to submit a Partition Application with the City of Molala. Please use the form found here: The fee for the application is $1,000. We are processing the partition applications as a staff-level--Type II review (even though our code currently says all partitions and subdivisions require review and approval by the Planning Commission). This allows the process to be a little more efficient for simpler applications. Let me know if you have any further questions about my comments.
