Hi Dan,

Thanks for sending this land use application for ODOT’s review. The application did not include a comment deadline. Do you have one? ODOT is also interested in what the city requirements will be relating to frontage improvements and/or right of way donation since it will inform our recommended conditions of approval. It looks like they are proposing to pave a driveway to the new garage which will require a State Highway Approach Road Upgrade Permit. Because of the open frontage they will also need to define the driveway. I don’t have the contact information for Gerald’s replacement so if you want to forward my message to engineering that would be great.
