Hi Dan,

Please see attached. No SDC’s since it is a replacement. They will need to work with Sam for plan review and permit. Connections to water and sewer and via existing laterals. Public storm will need to be extended to alley and alley construction to north property line required. Thanks.

Please provide comment for a proposed Duplex on E 5th ST to replace an existing duplex to be demolished. The demo plans will be coming separately at a later time.
