I’ve been contacted by a property owner of a duplex on 5th Street who would like to demolish it and rebuild a similar structure. She would like to use an alley beside the property for access to at least one of the new duplex units. Could you let me know what type of application needs to be submitted to receive approval of the proposed access, and what plans/details need to be included with the application?
