Not necessarily the permit costs just any additional costs from the city. Is there any type of review or application necessary for this project. Is there anything in additional costs regarding city services water/sewer is there any costs regarding SDC up charge or not. I was able to locate the lot and get basic information off of the County website however on the tax information they say the address doesn’t exist.
