Be sure not to include the certificate of capacity in your submittal packet. Your client knows why and we can address during the design phase of the project. You will only need to show the preliminary design of the water, sewer, stormwater, and street infrastructure in an exhibit map to your application for what I will need to write conditions of approval. Tracey is working on the River Meadows (Horn of Molalla) subdivision SDR. As they did not submit the Public Facilities schema we now require as part of the Annexation application he was wondering what, if any, additional response they will need to provide for the “Public Facilities and Services Impact Study.”
