I just spoke to Dan. He confirmed that we are not approving any special event permits. He stated that they can hold their meeting, without City approval. We just need to know date and time so that we can let the Police and Fire Departments know about it.

Yes, I think it is under an event permit that Darlene has. It’s kind of like a block party and the PD and FD need to know. Not blocking off a through street so it shouldn’t be an issue. Have them fill out the forms.
