Mr. Carter,

Are you or your engineer performing a traffic study? We’ve received a report of a suspicious packages to our Police Department. The installation of monitoring devices within the City right of way must be approved by Public Works through our permitting process. Installation of any device on our traffic control devices is a violation of City code without a PW permit. Please contact me or have your traffic engineer contact me via email immediately. The City of Molalla will not be responsible for any damage to suspicious packages that may pose a danger to the public.
