Gerald – Could the detention pond still have a Vick RD access or are you asking that it be eliminated altogether?
My understanding was that the access could be established (County permitting) but that it would need to be gated. Current arrangement would not have a gate between two properties. Just the detention pond and a residential property.

K. The thru access will be an issue. They need to eliminate the connection to Vick Road and sprinkle the houses.
