Hello Mr. Carter,
First things first. All communications/questions needs to go through Planning because you don’t have Planning approvals for your development. You need to become familiar with the code in order to provide all of the information needed by Planning or you may want to hire a consultant to help you perform this work. The transportation standards are listed in Chapter 17-3.6.020. Please read them and become familiar with the requirements. Additionally, the question of whether or not an access to Vick Road for the single lot at the north end needs to be answered by Clackamas County. That information and their conditions will need to be coordinated between Clackamas County’s Planning Department and the City of Molalla Planning Department.
Please route all future questions to Dan Zinder, Assistant Planner and Mac Corthell, Planning Director and they will get the information out to other departments and agencies as required. Thank you.

I hope all is well with you and your family. It's been quite a year.
It's my understanding, I need to conduct a traffic study for annexation. Do you have a spot in mind?
Could we run the study on Vick Road, where our project meets the road?
Do you have an example you could send me?
Beside counting cars passing, are there other things you want to track. Both directions, speed, axles, etc...
