Rhonda,
At this time there are no applications on file with the City for development of that property. The property is located within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary and there is potential for annexation. If the property were to be annexed, there would be potential for development.
Annexations are a Type 4 procedure, which means they require hearings (and approval) through both Molalla Planning Commission (first) and Molalla City Council (second). If and when an complete application is submitted, a hearing for the project will be listed on the meeting agenda. Planning Commission meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of the month and meeting agendas are typically posted a week before the meeting.

Subject: Rachel lane
Hello,
I am a homeowner on Rachel ln. In Lexington Estates.
Myself and a few neighbors have noticed surveyors at the dead end of Rachel ln.
Now this morning there was someone marking the street at the dead end?
Just trying too figure out what is going on in our neighborhood. From my understanding no building applications have been filed. However, the property has been sold.
Thank you for your time
Rhonda
