I received word from Steve Miller this morning that Emerio Design will not be on the project. Are you planning on enlisting another consultant? If so, would you like to push the meeting back to loop that person in? It is not required but recommended as there are a lot of procedural elements to the annexation process. The City recently worked on a successful annexation project and could loop you in with the lead if that is something you would like to pursue.

I want to develop this parcel. It is approx. 6 acres. It is within the current City of Molalla Urban Growth Boundry, but not in the City it self.

I have some questions for the City of Molalla...

Will the city annex the property into the City?

Will the City re-zone the property? What will the new zoning be?

What will the system development fees be for the new home sites?

Will the City be able to provide services to the new home sites?

What will we need to do, to prepare for annexation? for development?

Will we be able to extend Rachel Lane into the subdivision?

Does the City have a preference for Single Family Homes vs Duplex sites?

Would the City welcome a Community Center as a part of the project?

Does the City have any plans for the abandon rail road parcel to the east?

What can we do to off-set the impact of development?

May I use the name, Cascade Meadows, for this subdivision (project)?
