Here is the draft DA for 1000 W Main St. It anticipates $80k in TSDC credit (all roadway widening along this stretch of 211 is 70% TSDC eligible), and $120k in MURA opportunity funding (all of their transportation, water, sewer, and storm improvements are in the MURA and they will substantially exceed this amount). This matches how we have it budgeted. There is a clause that limits the assistance if we cannot acquire the needed ROW in front of the church for some odd reason, and all is reimbursement only.
If this looks good I will circulate to the developer.
