Propose to not stripe 2' buffer for consistency since it is not provided on recent highway improvements to the east. On the north side, a 6' bike lane is provided in conformance with the City-approved location. Due to insufficient ROW and the City-requested full-street improvements from STA 10+00 to 18+10, a 2' buffer cannot be provided at the north.
