Hi Robbie,

The City of Molalla strongly supports the cross section proposed by Steve Ward in the attached design. This will substantially be a continuation of the cross section in front of Cascade Center and is necessary due to a lack of right of way on the north half of OR-211 in the project area. Additionally, this proposal creates full sidewalk connectivity on the north side of OR-211 from the end of the existing sidewalk just west of Hezzie Ln to the west end of the project area where it will tie back in to the multi-use path. Without this modification, about 300 linear feet of dead space would result along the north frontage of OR-211 due to lack of ROW to build the full cross section.
