Hope you are doing well. I just left you a voicemail but I wanted to follow up with an email.

For the various projects that our office is doing in the City of Molalla, we wanted to confirm whether or not there were any in-process development trips we should include in the buildout year of our respective studies. If so, we would also like to request those development's TIS documents, or at least what is proposed to be developed.

Good afternoon Gerald and Avi,

Please see the attached document for our traffic study scoping proposal in support of the Home First development project to be located at 1000 W Main Street in the City of Molalla. Given the low trip generation expected for the site, we are recommending a TIS that will analyze safety and operations at two nearby intersections. All other intersections will receive less than 10 peak hour trips.

Please let us know if our TIS proposal is acceptable. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the traffic study, please do not hesitate to contact me.
