Good morning Mac,
I finally got a letter from the people that decommissioned the two septic tanks on the properties at 12270 Crompton’s Ln and 12763 Crompton’s Ln
I’m not sure what to do next. Can you please lead me in the right direction.
The job was done by Telstar LLC out of Molino and Vac out by Drain Pro last Wednesday the 25th.
Do I send this paper work to you?
Thank you my friend.

Hi Simon,
Could you please provide a status report on removal of the septic tank on the neighboring site? We’re awaiting the documentation from the County before any more applications can be approved on that site, including the fence. Thank you.
Sincerely,

Hello Gerald, this is Simon with Colima Apartments. I’ve got all the infiltration bags in. Monday morning I am stopping at ACF west to pick up six more biobags.
Thanks again my friend and let me know if you see anything else I’m overlooking.

Yep. Drove by site today. The erosion control is missing from the catch basins. Will be back on Monday to inspect. Please have crews install before i return. DEQ is likely going to be out making spot inspections.
Thx,
Gerald

HI John and Simon,
The Council passed water curtailment last night but also exempted existing bulk water meters so you can finish your development work. No new bulk water meters will be approved until the curtailment is lifted. Thanks

Hi John and Simon,
Please keep this information internal and do not share with anyone else.
We will be going into a city wide water curtailment starting on the 15th that will affect your construction activities. Stage 1 of the plan includes prohibiting sales of bulk water for construction activities. This may impact your 1200C compliance and I wanted to get this info to you as quickly as possible in case you need to notify your DEQ representative to let them know that dust control will be effected. It also prohibits new connections to the system but your project is already approved so you won’t have issues connecting to the water system. All other lots on the development can continue to go through their planning processes but will not be allowed to connect until we can lift the curtailment later this fall. This is due to 4 years of drought in Oregon and we are hoping for a wet fall so we can lift the restrictions as soon as possible. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
