There are no fees associated with ODOT permits. If work in the right of way requires significant ODOT technical review, applicants may be required to reimburse ODOT for the staff review time.

Hi Tim,

Here are our current fees. We don’t expect the fees to change but a new fee will be added for Advance Financing in April. SDC’s will be calculated separately at the time the building plans come in to Planning and I’ve provided some information to Steve Ward for water and sewer SDC’s. We haven’t estimated transportation, stormwater, or parks SDC’s. Once the application comes in to lock in the number of units and impervious surface then I can provide an estimate once I have those numbers and a determination from Steve on the number and size of meters. For Planning you’ll need a Type III Site Design Review - $3,000, and a building permit authorization – depends on square footage of each building but will likely be in the 10k-50k sq ft range per building of $750

I’m looping Gerald Fisher and Sam Miller in so one of them can provide you with costs for public works permits

Clackamas County Building Division administers our Building Permits, so you’ll need to contact them for those costs

Finally, you’ll want to reach out to Marah Danielson at ODOT to determine what the costs of permits are for them, I’ve CC’d her on this message as well.
