For Planning you’ll need a Type III Site Design Review - $3,000, and a building permit authorization – depends on square footage of each building but will likely be in the 10k-50k sq ft range per building of $750
I’m looping Gerald Fisher and Sam Miller in so one of them can provide you with costs for public works permits
Clackamas County Building Division administers our Building Permits, so you’ll need to contact them for those costs
Finally, you’ll want to reach out to Marah Danielson at ODOT to determine what the costs of permits are for them, I’ve CC’d her on this message as well.
