Subject: Cascade Center Multi-Family
Will be conditioning them to dedicate ROW and PUE for connection to S Lowe Road and to make improvements of that connection. This is an extension of the phase 3 apartment complex that under the code was required to dedicate the ROW and placement of the caretakers mobile unit was based on that roadway extension in the future. Now that the roadway is going in and the alignment is set, we need to condition the dedication of the ROW and PUE. It wasn’t done back then because the alignment wasn’t set at that time and the developer didn’t own the property that is now Cascade Center.
