Hi Lawrence,

Sorry, I don’t have an electronic copy of it. You’ll have to have MultiTech send it to you or have the developer ask them to send it to you. There is the main one and then an addendum to it.

Hi Lawrence,

The proposed development on the west side of Leroy will need to connect to the internal system north of the lot that flows to OR 211. Detention and WQ onsite with flow control before entering into storm system to the north.

The proposed development on the east side of Leroy will need to connect to OR 211. Detention onsite and WQ before entering into OR 211 system (WQ must meet ODOT standards).

No connections allowed in Leroy.

Subject: Cascade Center Multi-Family Stormwater Requirements

Hi Gerald,

We are working on our site plan and utility layout for the Cascade Center Multi-family site that was the subject of the pre-app meeting on July 7.

The pre-app notes that we received from the City didn’t cover the discussion related to utilities on the site, so I wanted to make sure I have my head wrapped around what will be required for stormwater.

In my notes from that meeting, I have that we will be able to connect the storm system on the west side of Leroy to the existing private storm system on the commercial site to the north. Do we need to provide water quality and/or detention facilities on-site before discharging to that system?

I also have in my notes that the storm system on the east side of Leroy needs to extend to the existing public system in Highway 211. Is there any capacity for the public system in Leroy that is currently under construction? Or do we need to extend an additional public system in Leroy? Or extend a system within an easement across lot 10 or 11? Are water quality and/or detention facilities required before discharging?

Feel free to give me a call to discuss.

Thanks.
