Gerald,

Do you have additional comments for the Applicant regarding Pre-App 11-2020? I imagine that we'd want the sewerage line to come in from E Main.

I'm trying to decide what to do with this pre-app. I had tentatively rescheduling for this Thurs but want to make sure that there can be PW participation. If we have to postpone, I'll get the applicant what we have and have ODOT submit written comments as they can.

Hi Dan,

Assuming that the laundromat is 5,500 SF then the SDC’s for a new laundromat would be $193,098. The SDC’s for a new C-store of the same size is $1,014,641. The SDC’s to convert the laundromat to a C-store is $821,543. There are no waivers in place for any kind of change in use. The laundromat was active when the TSP update was done so those trips were counted and can be credited to the C-store conversion. However, the trips generated from a C-store have a larger impact to the transportation network than a laundromat which is why the cost of those impacts are so high.
