Marah and Avi,

Not sure if they discussed the intersections with you or not based on the added trips. ITE generation on page 3 states that the number of added trips towards Leroy in the AM is 144 and in the PM is 112. Not sure how many leave OR 211 before Leroy but there is only a balance of about 42 trips from the prior traffic study to trigger the Leroy signal. Is that correct or am I missing something? If it is correct then we will need to see the impact on Leroy in this report. I’m here through Wednesday or we can discuss via phone next week. Thanks.
