I need them to specify if they intend any changes to the water or sewer and if they increase the pavement area to 5,000 SF or more it triggers stormwater. The transportation related items are ODOT’s and we need clarification on the impacts to Leroy-OR211 intersection. Thanks.

I’m finalizing my incompleteness letter to Center Market. Aside from the TIS, what if anything do you need from them for facilities impact?

Of note, the application didn’t include utility lines on the site plan so I’m already requiring that edit.
