Staff Response: In addition to site plan requirements for showing existing and proposed (if any) utility lines, please provide a statement in the narrative as response to the Public Facilities section (17-3.6) indicating whether any changes to water and sewer are intended. Please provide calculations regarding overall change in pavement area. Impervious improvements over 5000 sqft trigger stormwater improvements.

I need them to specify if they intend any changes to the water or sewer and if they increase the pavement area to 5,000 SF or more it triggers stormwater. The transportation related items are ODOT’s and we need clarification on the impacts to Leroy-OR211 intersection. Thanks.
