Thanks for forwarding Gerald’s comments. I have asked Avi to review the TIA information this week and will check in with him for an update tomorrow. It looks like the access location was moved based on ODOT’s direction, but the striping changes on the highway for the center left turn lane are marked on the site plan to be done by others. Since ODOT will require the striping changes with the access permit, I’m not sure who else would be making the striping changes unless it is something that the city would be doing. Do you have any information about this?

Hi Dan,
Please see attached conditions of approval. Also attached is the SDC calculation assuming no additional pavement. If additional pavement is required and the driveway is moved to the east then I will need to recalculated to include the additional impervious surfaces. Thanks.
