We contacted the previous owners last August to let them know about substantial fees related to the previous tenants on the property. These fees will need to be settled before we can release building permits. I apologize if this is the first you are hearing of this. I’ll contact Jason at The Western Agency (formerly Western Collections) and see what is currently owed. Also, I see on Clackamas County’s site that the sale went thru in August 2021. If my memory serves me correctly, there was a lien search done on the property. If that is the case, the title company may be responsible for the amount owed. I have to do shut off calls for tomorrow right now but, when I’m done with that, I’ll see if a lien search was indeed done. Thanks!
