I incorrectly marked the sewer lateral on the plot map. It goes out the back of the property and connects to the line on Metzler on Someone else's property. I attached a plot map that I drew the actual sewer lateral location on. Since my sewer lateral doesn't even go through the proposed public use easement, can i get a variance from the cleanout and right of way requirements for the sewer lateral? All I am doing is capping a y in the line, or at most replacing the y with a 2-foot straight pipe. To put in a clean out and meet the row requirements would require a new sewer lateral and a new connection on Molalla avenue or digging someone else's yard up. I would appreciate any help on this. I haven't ever pulled a city permit before so I don't know all the rules. Thanks, Jon Patrick

Please find your building permit authorization attached. Next steps are to submit to Clackamas County Building Department and contact Public Works about the required conditions to abandon the additional water/sewer lines. Contact info is available in the attached release letters.
