Hi Guys,

In looking at 432 S Molalla Ave’s account, we’ve been charging for 2 water base fees (although as far as I can see there’s only one meter) and 2 sewer base fees. It looks like according to the attached report from Clackamas County that we should only be charging for 1 sewer base fee as of 5/31/2022? Please confirm – thanks!

here is the signed off permit. It had a small apartment attached to the back of the main house. Both units went into one sewer line but even though no one lived in the back unit they were charging me twice the rate. I was hoping since the city and county were happy with the work the rate could go to where it should be.
