Good Morning Andy,

This is the sewer scope out at 311 S Molalla Ave. there is a little sag in the lateral where the pipes connect. It looks like it’s under the sidewalk or just passed. Let me know what you think. The moratorium stops right at the intersection north or the property. Sanatech did replace the lateral on the private side with clean out. they should be done this morning if not already. Not sure if we want to do our own scope or not.
