Please find attached change of use application for 248 Center Ave (a unit in the strip mall). There is no change to the existing layout or footprint proposed, just a change in use from financial services to a marshal arts studio. There is no site design review triggered, so it’s really a review for SDC’s and relevant Fire Code concerns. Thank you.
