Good afternoon Tina, Are the measurements provided in the drawing to the interior partition walls or to the exterior walls. These measurements (12 x 33’10”) are only roughly 402 square feet. I question this as the letter to the city states that it is 1,300 square feet? What is the additional 900 square feet being used for? Or am I missing something?

Please find attached change of use application for 248 Center Ave (a unit in the strip mall). There is no change to the existing layout or footprint proposed, just a change in use from financial services to a marshal arts studio. There is no site design review triggered, so it’s really a review for SDC’s and relevant Fire Code concerns. Thank you.
