Following up with our conversation from earlier today.

I will need the following for plan review before we can move forward with permitting:

 

Once plans have been approved, and prior to issuing the construction permit, city requires a performance bond of 125% of the design engineer estimate, insurance for the construction work, remaining 3.5% construction permit fee of the final estimated cost to construct, and hold a preconstruction meeting.
