Good Afternoon Steve,

Following up with our conversation from earlier today.

I will need the following for plan review before we can move forward with permitting:

* Public Works Permit: PW Construction Permit- Fillable sheet on our website under City Departments / Public Works / Permits and Forms
- * Submit Public Works Construction Permit with payment for plan review fee of 1.5% of the engineer’s estimate.
* Utility Construction Permit: Coordinate with all utility companies for stub-ins (power, communications, gas. etc.)
* Submit three Copies of plan set on 22 x 34: Stamped and signed detailed plan by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Oregon.
* Legal Description as exhibit “A” and Locational Map as exhibit “B”: for both Right of Way Dedication and Public Utility Easement
* Waiver Against Remonstrance: type of ownership in order to complete the LID waiver form and legal description Exhibit A of the property.

Once plans have been approved, and prior to issuing the construction permit, city requires a performance bond of 125% of the design engineer estimate, insurance for the construction work, remaining 3.5% construction permit fee of the final estimated cost to construct, and hold a preconstruction meeting.
