Hi Sam,

It will be the Street Dedication form using the proper type (LLC, Corp, etc.) and we want to see the Exhibit A and Exhibit B before moving forward with the cover documents. Same goes for the PUE which will be on separate exhibits. I need to know the type of ownership in order to complete the LID waiver form and I need a legal description Exhibit A of the property. It is the description of Parcel 2 in PP 2005-046. See attached.
