I will need the following for plan review before moving forward. See attached files for your reference on Public Works Permitting and site plan requirements.

Once plans have been approved, City will hold a preconstruction meeting with the developer/contractor. Item to be submitted and or in place prior to issuing Construction Permit.

 

All Dedication of right-of-way and public utility easement will need to be record and all fees paid prior to final Certificate of Occupancy.
