I will need the following for plan review before moving forward. See attached files for your reference on Public Works Permitting and site plan requirements.

• * Public Works Permit: PW Construction Permit- Fillable sheet on our website under City Departments / Public Works / Permits and Forms
  • * Submit a completed Public Works Construction Permit with payment for plan review fee of 1.5% of the engineer’s cost estimate, but not less than $300.00
• * Submit Three Copies 22 x 34: Stamped and signed detailed plans and specifications produced by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Oregon, Incorporated within the construction plans and specifications shall be applicable franchise utility installation plans, stamped and signed and prepared by the proper authority. Copies will be routed for review to other divisions.
  • * Add City of Molalla Public Works Construction Notes and Detail Standard Drawings.

Once plans have been approved, City will hold a preconstruction meeting with the developer/contractor. Item to be submitted and or in place prior to issuing Construction Permit.

• * Bonding: Performance bond, 125% of the design engineer’s estimate
• * Insurance naming the City as the Holder
• * Payment of 3.5% of the final engineers estimated cost to construct public improvements, but not less than $700.00

All Dedication of right-of-way and public utility easement will need to be record and all fees paid prior to final Certificate of Occupancy.
