Plan review is complete, everything looks good. Before we can schedule a preconstruction meeting. I will need the following:

· Electronic plan set, PDF is fine. ( 1 full size and 1 half size plan sets for City use, which you can bring to the pre-con meeting)

· Insurance certification (check requirements in the PW standards)

· Private Performance bond (125% of revised engineer’s estimate) $21,638.00 x 1.25 = $27,047.50

· Permit Fee Allocation ( See attached file)

I have also included LID Waiver, Public Utility Easement, and Street Dedication for 150 Miller Street. Documents will need to be notarize and recorded with the County and recorded copies to be submitted to the City prior to Final Certificate of Occupancy. Notarize can take place here at City Hall by appointment only with Christie Teets (City Recorder)
