I have also included LID Waiver, Public Utility Easement, and Street Dedication for 150 Miller Street. Documents will need to be notarize and recorded with the County and recorded copies to be submitted to the City prior to Final Certificate of Occupancy. Notarize can take place here at City Hall by appointment only with Christie Teets (City Recorder)
