Hi Sam,

Here are some updates needed to these documents:

• * These documents have Gerald’s name listed. If you can send them to me in Word, I’ll happily edit them to read Mac’s name. Steve has the updated ones with Mac name on it. All word Documents will Gerald name on them have been updated. I forgot to replace the PDF ‘s within his fill.
• * I need copies of Exhibits A and B, please. Will bring in during signing. Let me know if we want copy’s beforehand going forward.
• * Please type in the legal owners name on the Right of Remonstrance doc, it currently has a long line. Or send to me in Word and I’ll adjust  Done
• * PUE doc – There is no expiration date listed. Removed language for the expiration date, PUE does not expire.

This is to record the Public Utility Easement, Street Dedication and LID Waiver for 150 Miller St with Steve Smelser. Trace Marl dedication is for 665 Kalugin Ct., which Dale Smelser is building a single family home for her. To many Smelser LOL.
