I’ve attached the additional info on pipe material. Staking for the Water and Sanitary services has been requested. We hope to move in Monday the 29^th. Tentative schedule below:

Week of 11-29 Move-in, Sanitary Lateral, Water Service, (weather & staking permitting)

Week of 12-6 Roadway Excavation & Base Rock (weather permitting)

Week of 12-13 Curb & Gutter (weather permitting)

• * Green 12 Gauge Tracer Wire
• * Blue 12 Gauge Tracer Wire
• * Concrete Mix Design – Needs to be submitted 7 days prior to pour.
• * Asphalt Mix design – Needs to be submitted 7 days prior to paving
