I have not been to the site but reviewed the staking notes and discussed the situation with the contractor.

The first option would be to shorten up the curb a couple of feet and when and if the street is every completed deal with the hydrant

Second option would be to extend the run from the valve to the hydrant and move the hydrant back of the curb with a minimum 5’ back of walk for future sidewalk.

We have stakes on the 150 Miller Street project. If I remember correctly you want to take a look at them. There is a problem with the Fire hydrant, I would like to meet you onsite if possible. Please let me know a time that would fit your schedule.

I’ve attached the additional info on pipe material. Staking for the Water and Sanitary services has been requested. We hope to move in Monday the 29^th. Tentative schedule below:

Week of 11-29 Move-in, Sanitary Lateral, Water Service, (weather & staking permitting)

Week of 12-6 Roadway Excavation & Base Rock (weather permitting)

Week of 12-13 Curb & Gutter (weather permitting)
