Hello,

Attached you will find the PUE and Street Dedication for Steve Smelser Homes. The Right of Remonstrance document was not accepted by the County, as it did not contain a legal description.

I will be working on that, then contacting Mr. Smelser to come in and re-sign.

For future reference, the County will not accept the Tax Map description or Tax Lot number as a legal description. My apologies for not catching that. I will be sure you all get copies once this is resolved.
