I wanted to make sure these comments are for the lot that the application is for as some seem to apply to the adjacent property. This is the lot for the current application: We had previously done one for the lot to the west. The drive stem is roughly 87 ft. This is another one for which addressing will be difficult since original addressing did not leave room for subdivision.
