Submittal looks good. Please review city detail standard sheet R-1060 Curb and Gutter (see attached) and let me know if you have any question. Inspection of Forms & Base Rock will need to take place prior to pour along with compaction test per note #5 of R-1060 detail sheet. Contractor to provide state certified independent testing agency for all testing of sub‐grade, base rock, concrete curb and driveway, asphalt pavement, and concrete pavement.
Molalla Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction
2.6.7 Testing
Curb, gutter, and driveways: Portland cement concrete shall be tested a minimum of once per 4 hours of work. Testing shall include temperature, slump, air content, and minimum of 4 test cylinders. No water or other additives may be added to the concrete load after testing sample has been taken. The 28-day compressive strength shall meet or exceed 3,300 psi.
