Hi Mike,

To my understanding is that the developer is waiting on good weather for paving of the half street improvements. There has been discussion between the developer and the city for them to contact the Fire department as to min. width access and circulation requirements. The developer may need to back fill the section of street to acquire min lane widths until they are ready to pave. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Thanks.

Hey Sam,……Before I make a phone call, is there any reason why Miller street has not been paved yet in front of the new home? I measured the road at the narrowest point this morning, and its reduced to 9 feet. Most of it is 14 feet in front of the new home depending on where you measure. However, the minimum width for a road that length (1,100 feet) is 26 feet in width. The road is beginning to slough off at the East end of the excavated area. I can call on it Sam. The same builder has another house he wants comments on so I have his phone number. Just wanting to get my ducks in a row before I make the call.
