No corrections need, please submit final record drawing per PWS 1.17.17 Project Closeout, with a statement certifying all work for the development were approved and has been completed in accordance with the Molalla Public Works Design Standards and Specification. I have included the CofO Release letter (see attached), please fill out the top portion and submit back to me. This will start the final inspection process for civil and planning. Let me know if you have any questions . thanks

FYI, I did received the one year warranty bond.
