The Newberg City Council met on May 2, 2017 and took the following actions: ● Approved Ordinance 2016-2811, Implementing a Transportation Utility Fee. ● Approved Resolution 2017-3375, approving the methodology for the Transportation System Development Charges and increasing the charge. ● Approved Resolution 2017-3366, recommending the McCaw partition for approval to Yamhill County. ● Approved meeting minutes for March 27, and April 3, 2017. In other business, City Council: ● Accepted a letter of resignation for Councilor Hayley Delle, District 1. Her last meeting will be May 15. ● Heard a presentation on the Yamhill County Transit Authority programs. ● Heard a presentation from the City Manager on his activities.
