Background:

On November 19, 2020, City Council approved a reduction in Transportation SDC’s for Dollar General and directed staff to prepare an SDC Resolution for the December 9^th meeting reducing Transportation SDC’s to September 2019 values. Council held work sessions to review Transportation SDC’s on January 27, 2021, February 24, 2021, March 24, 2021, April 14, 2021, and May 12, 2021. City Council also reviewed the Transportation Capital Improvement Plan projects.

Staff recommends City Council adopt Resolution 2021-17.
