Setting forth uniform requirements for contributors to the Wastewater collection and treatment system of the City of Lebanon which enables the City to comply with State and Federal laws covered under the Clean Water Act of 1977 and the General pretreatment regulations and repealing all other ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent or in conflict herewith, and declaring an emergency (Repealed by Bill 1987-17, Ord 2026)
