Adopting Building Codes regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings and/or structures in the City of Lebanon; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; providing penalties for the violation thereof; repealing Bill 1969-20, Ord 1355; Bill 1974-34, Ord 1532; Bill 1976-09, Ord 1591; Bill 1978-06, Ord 1671; and Bill 1978-57, Ord 1721 and all other ordinances and parts of the ordinances in conflict therewith(Amended by Bill 1982-01, Ord 1871)
