Calling a special election on 06-24-1980, submitting to the legal electors of the City of Lebanon two propositions designated as ballot "A" and Ballot "B" authorizing a levy by the City of a tax in the sum of $585,885 on the "A" Ballot and $85,513 on the "B" ballot outside the constitutional limitation for the purpose of providing funds for the operation and maintenance of all departments of the General Fund, and declaring an emergency (Repealed by Bill 1980-20, Ord 1787)
